The Architecture of Our Village.

Leadership isn't built in isolation. Our mission is to bridge the gap between academic potential and the resources provided to young men in Detroit by constructing a 'Village' of mentors, parents, and educators. We advocate for a city where success is a core part of a young man’s identity, supported by a restorative community rather than a punitive system.

By creating peer-led discussion circles and advocating for justice in our schools, we ensure kindness isn't just an exception. We are taking the lead as students to mentor the next generation, proving that when the village is involved, every boy has the support system he needs to thrive.
